General Wholesale Policies and Terms of Sale:
All accounts require a copy of a valid federal tax ID number on file. Ordering: Orders can be placed via mail or Email (24 hours) or telephone Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Central Time. Please call 510-234-4336, or email orders to biolumglass@gmail.com
Minimum Purchase Requirements: Minimum Opening Order (1st order): - $500.00 As all orders are made to order, all initial orders require a 50% payment prior to production. Pricing: The wholesale price list reflects the current wholesale pricing. Pricing does not include shipping. Prices are in US funds and may be subject to change without prior notice. Prices for custom sizes/colors should be confirmed prior to placing an order.
Payment Terms: All opening orders require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed with the balance due COD. All orders paid by check will be held until checks clear. A $50.00 fee will be assessed for all returned Checks.
Quantity Discounts: Quantity discounts will be discussed on a case by case basis. Special /Custom Orders: Custom orders require full payment prior to production and may not be canceled for any reason once we have put the order into
production.Shipping and Handling: All orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Customers bear responsibility for all shipping and handling charges. All shipments are insured for the wholesale value of the shipment. We insure all parcels for the full wholesale value of the shipment. Your UPS shipping charge includes this insurance fee.
Inspection of Merchandise: It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the merchandise for any defects. Always inspect shipments for damage prior to acceptance. If a shipment arrives with visible damage to the package, notify the delivery person and inspect while they wait. Biolum Glass Studio must be notified of damage to shipments within 24 hours of receipt of product. You must keep all packaging for inspection by shipping carrier.
Return of Merchandise: Except for reasons of unseen defects in construction or quality, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. Please inspect artwork immediately and notify us of any damage in shipping within 24 hours or receipt. Returns received without prior authorization will be refused.
Due to the handmade nature of our product, no two items are identical. Slight variations in color and size may occur. Merchandise not returned safely packaged will be subject to refusal. No credit will be given for merchandise not returned to Biolum Glass. No returns will be accepted on merchandise which has been altered. For items that are returned for any quality issues, credit or replacement will only be issued upon inspection by our glass artists.
